I needed an obsolete part for a 2005 CVO VROD VRSCE. This part, a mini backrest pad is next to impossible to find and the only one that was available at the time was in The Netherlands and unable to ship to the U.S. I have had very good results searching for obsolete parts in West Virginia. I learned from another dealer that RG Almost Heaven was showing one in stock. I immediately put the request in for the part on Monday 04/15/2019 and though closed Mike Gricewich e-mailed me right back showing that they had the part but couldn't confirm until Tuesday 04/16/2019. Sure enough they had it and the parts department executed beautifully. They shipped promptly and it arrived today 04/18/2019. I really appreciate a business owner getting me back on a day off and prompt execution from a parts department.
